Janelle Cridland

Janelle Cridlad has enjoyed over 30 years managing both non-profit and for-profit organizations and supporting associations – focus areas include foster care, adoption, patient care, education, music, construction, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, advertising, warehousing, textile, and food/beverage services. Her focus has been providing leadership, team and infrastructure building and critical analysis of business operations – enabling organizations to grow in a structured, supported and strategic manner. She loves to lead teams in strategic and business planning, including staff development. She believes in the strength of associations. They provide the tools that enable smaller organizations to work together toward common goals that would otherwise be unreasonable to achieve.
